KENKO Investment for Health System
We have formulated a KENKO Investment for Health system in which every employee can participate in KENKO Investment for Health as a key player.
We promote the KENKO Investment for Health strategy and action plan shown in the following section under the direction of the KENKO Investment for Health promoter, headed by the President.
Progress will report to the Responsible Care Promotion Committee to confirm the direction.
Furthermore, the Health and Safety Committee will exchange opinions with occupational physicians and promote KENKO Investment for Health in cooperation with the health insurance association and the labor union.

Stress Check
The Occupational Health and Safety Law mandates that stress checks be conducted at workplaces with 50 or more employees, while those with less than 50 are required to make an effort. However, We conduct stress checks at all workplaces regardless of the number of employees.
We analyze the results of stress checks over time, reflecting the findings of outside experts and occupational physicians and the latest trends. These results are shared with management. We will use the results of stress checks to build a system to ensure the effectiveness of creating a better environment.

Periodical Medical Examination
Employees of the our group receive Periodical Medical Examinations at the company, and their dependents receive a written invitation and free examination tickets for specific medical examinations from the Health Insurance Association, to which our group employees and their dependents are members.
In addition, the Health Insurance Association of the group focuses on employee health promotion by subsidizing the costs of physical examinations, brain scans, uterine cancer examinations, breast cancer examinations, etc., as disease prevention measures. Health promotion for employees and their families plays an important role in the company's health management for the future. The Health Insurance Association encourages its members to review their daily lifestyle habits and continues its efforts to support them to lead healthy lives through Periodical Medical Examinations.
